FlashCap-Nylon-24-凸が元の位置に戻らない現象への対処方法について

説明：より良い操作感を得るため、量産直前に生産材料の配合比率を変更しましたが、新しい配合が製品の最終成形寸法に与える影響を見誤ったため、

FlashCap-Nylon-24-凸はFlashTap-24（静音版を含む）への対応に不具合が生じました。なお、Specter-24への対応には問題ございません。

FlashCap-Nylon-30-凸には一切問題がなく、FlashTap-30(静音版を含む)およびSpecter-30に完全に対応しております。

現在、金型を修正しております。次回ロットからは、弊社のすべてのボタンに対応する予定です。対応開始の際は、公式X(旧Twitter)にてお知らせいたします。

現在もFlashCap-Nylon-凸-24をFlashTap-24/FlashTap-静音-24に取り付けてご使用になりたいお客様は、以下の方法でご自身にて加工していただくことが可能です。

How to Resolve the Issue Where FlashCap-Nylon-24-凸 Does Not Return to Its Original Position When Installed on FlashTap-24

サンドペーパーなどの研磨工具を使用して、FlashCap-Nylon-24-凸の縁の下半分を0.5mm未満(0.数mm程度)削ってください。研磨で削り取る部分は、図1の青線より下側の部分を、キャップの全周にわたって削り取ります。

研磨後の状態は図2をご参照ください。青色の部分が、研磨によって削った後の面です。

Using sandpaper or another abrasive tool, sand down the lower half of the edge of the FlashCap-Nylon-凸 by less than 0.5 mm (a few tenths of a millimeter). The part to be removed is everything below the blue line in Figure 1, all the way around the cap. For the result after sanding, please refer to Figure 2. The blue area is the surface left after sanding.

具体的な研磨方法:下図のように、キャップを手で持ち、サンドペーパーの上で回転させながら研磨してください。上面に傷が付かないようご注意ください。研磨するのは縁の下半分のみで、取り付け後の外観には影響しません。

Sanding method: As shown in the figure below, hold the cap in your hand and sand it against the sandpaper while rotating it. Be careful not to scratch the top surface. Only the lower half of the edge is sanded, so the appearance after installation is not affected.
